Owens BW Nettie Owens, Owner and Professional Organizer
Nettie founded Sappari Solutions in February 2004 after moving to Maryland from California. Prior to starting her own company she worked in variety of positions for companies large and small and honed her skills in management, project management, customer service, instruction and office administration. Nettie graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. She has always had a knack for working with people, coordinating projects and getting things done. She loves to see your success. This year has brought many thrills including appearing on national tv in TLC’s Hoarding: Buried Alive, hosting a successful Clear Your Clutter Day and awarding one lucky person ‘Harford’s Messiest Closet.’Nettie is currently a regular blogger on the Havre de Grace Patch and writes monthly for WomanScope Magazine. Nettie Owens has been a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers since 2004 in the greater Baltimore Area.

Jennifer Merkel Jennifer Merkel, Virtual Organizer with Coaching Skills
Jennifer has been organizing professionally since 2007, and has been an adviser to others for many years. A Homeschooling mom for 15 years, she has been coordinator for a homeschool support group, and consulted with families to help them find solutions to organizational challenges within family life and related to homeschooling. Jennifer especially enjoys working with students in classes at Harford Community College. In her own home, Jennifer tries to balance organization and a relaxed atmosphere, and enjoys helping others to do the same.  Jennifer is pursuing certification through Coach Approach.
Jane Hall, Professional Organizer
Jane developed her organizing skills during her years as a stay-at-home mom to three sons. She has a BS in Psychology from Towson University. After teaching preschool for 10 years, she transitioned to office administration. Whether working with children to help them master a new skill or with a business owner to develop routines to manage workflow, she is equally adept at creating manageable steps that lead to success. Jane and her husband have recently downsized from a large, single family home to a townhouse. Using her decluttering and organizational skills to scale back on their possessions, she has created a peaceful, serene, living space in their new home. Jane’s other pursuits include reading, sewing, knitting and volunteering.

Marina joined the Sappari Team in September 2011. She comes with a wealth of experience in cleaning, technology and customer service. She is currently studying to be a Medical Office Assistant at the Harford Community College.
 Glenna Zolyak Glenna Zolyak, Professional OrganizerGlenna, new to the Sappari family in January 2012, joins us with a background in business development, visual display and domestic experience. She owned and operated her own business, The Straw Horse, which was a home décor store in historic downtown Havre de Grace, and enjoyed giving her customers tips for decorating on a budget. She uses her creativity in organizing and believes every space in your home or office should have a sense of unity and calm. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Lock House Ladies Auxiliary and loves to create whimsical art from objects found at thrift shops and flea markets
   Glenn Daniel, Assistant Organizer & Cleaning Services Professional
Glenn brings to the Sappari team an added dimension of organization and discipline. An 8 year veteran of The United States Air Force, Glenn served as a logistics specialist, designing and implementing space saving procedures to better ensure efficiency and safety in both warehouse and transportation environments. After leaving the military, Glenn went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona. While earning his degree, Glenn worked as a full time property manager cleaning, restoring and maintaining 20 rental units for incoming and residing tenants. In addition to working for Sappari Solutions, Glenn also owns and operates a small manufacturing business designing and fabricating decorative borders and mosiacs made from ceramic tile and natural stone. When not working, Glenn likes to stay current on world events, play guitar for anyone who will listen and when weather permits, go skydiving on the Eastern Shores of Maryland.
