Owens BW Nettie Owens, Owner and Professional Organizer


Nettie started Sappari Solutions in February 2004. She has always had a knack for working with people, coordinating projects and getting things done. She loves to see your success. When not organizing, you can find Nettie playing with her three children, walking, cooking or enjoying time with her husband.

Jennifer Jennifer Merkel, Director of Remote Organizing Services and Professional Organizer


Jennifer has been organizing professionally since 2007, and has been an adviser to others for many more. As a mom to a homeschooling family, she is accustomed to finding solutions to organizational challenges in her own home, and enjoys helping others to do the same.
Jill Jill Vasbinder, Professional Organizer


Jill, the newest member of the Sappari Solutions team, has been helping people get a stay organized all her life. As a choreographer and arts administrator Jill has helped people of many temperments make sense of the madness and find success in what they do. Jill comes to us from Connecticut with a Bachelor's Degree from Barnard College, NYC and a Master's Degree from SUNY Purchase College. "Remember to take it little by little, because small successes add up to big progress."
Nina Matthews, Director of Cleaning Services

As a full-time working mom to a toddler and student of nursing, Nina can attest that cleanliness, organization, and streamlined systems are one of the keys to a happy family. Having spent time as a janitor for a warehouse and busy restaurants, and not to mention being the mother of a toddler, she has come up with many efficient methods of cleaning! Nina enjoys photography, walking and spending time with her family.

 Anne Ambrosich, Professional Organizer

Anne joined the Sappari Solutions team in 2006. Anne's organizing began full force when she married a military man. They moved a lot and 4 babies came along right away with the eldest only 3 when number 4 was born. She had to get organized in a hurry. Anne is high energy, visualizes projects well, works very well with families and loves to be creative. Aside from organizing, nursing, being a mom and wife she also enjoys planning trips, traveling, gardening hiking and visiting historical sites. Anne loves the sense of accomplishment she feels when she organizes.
